Our Story

Built On Real Experience

Nowness Living is a vacation rental company based in Roma Norte, Mexico City. We manage apartments in one of the city's most walkable and culturally rich neighborhoods, close to Parque México, independent restaurants, galleries, and easy metro access. Every property we manage is designed with care: real kitchens, comfortable beds, rooftop terraces, and spaces that feel like somewhere, not just somewhere to sleep. We're hands-on hosts, available around the clock, and we know the neighborhood well enough to give guests the kind of advice that doesn't come from a guidebook.
